Aaron Rodgers, the star quarterback of the Green Bay Packers and an all-around good guy, is also smart. Rodgers won $50,000 on celebrity Jeopardy for charity. Rodgers appeared on the show on Tuesday. He went up against stiff competition, including Kevin O’Leary, an investor who appears on Shark Tank, and Mark Kelly, an astronaut.

Rodgers did, however, fail to correctly answer the Final Jeopardy question correctly.

winnings will go to Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancers, a charity that focuses on providing support to young children and their families while they battle cancer.

Kevin O’Leary and Mark Kelly receive a $10,000 donation to a charity of their choice for appearing on the show.

Mark Kelly, who’s wife Gabrielle Gifford was shot in the head during a political rally, donated his winnings to the Memorial Hermann Foundation. Kevin O’Leary, famed for his sharp business sense, has chosen to donate his winnings to the Martin P. Solomon Medical Education Scholars Program. The program is supported by the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and The Aspire commends both groups.

  1. In the end the football star came out victorious. His $8,399 winnings were converted to $50,000 at the end of the show. Rodgers answered a variety of tough questions, including clues about the college he attended, transportation, history and music. I think I will have to hire someone to write a paper and make sure it is written properly so I can get good grades.
