José Henrique Borghi’s Triumph in the Advertising Industry

José Henrique Borghi is a leading advertiser in Brazil. As the co-CEO of Mullen Lowe, he has managed to lead his company is producing great ads for popular brands throughout the world.

At an earlier age, José Henrique Borghi didn’t have any idea on which career path to follow. When he was in junior high school, he was invited by his sister to watch a performance at the Castro Neves Theatre. There was a presentation of commercials that won the awards at the Cannes. José Henrique Borghi was leading advertiser in Brazil inspired to take this path but little did he know that he would win a Cannes Lion Award.

José Henrique Borghi was born in a small city of Presidente Prudente, which is 558 km from Sao Paulo. He enrolled at the PUC-Campinas and graduated with a degree in Advertising Marketing. He got his first job in1989 working at Standart Ogilvy Agency.

After gaining much experience of Advertising Industry , he partnered with his friend Erh Ray and opened an agency named BorghiErh. He get a successful experience of Advertising Industry .They didn’t have any reputation, connection, or finance to run the business but they managed to turn it around.

In 2006 after a huge success, the ad agency was bought by Lowe and changed its name to Borghi Lowe. It recently merged with the Mullen Group and Lowe & Partners to become the Mullen Lowe Brasil.

José Henrique Borghi has won numerous awards including the 14 Cannes Lions, The One Show Awards won ten times, and the New York Festival Awards won eleven times.
