V. Stiviano May Have To Give Her Gifts Back

Recordings that had cost Donald Sterling the ownership of the L.A. Clippers could cost the girl he was dating a fortune in gifts he had spent on her. Specific snippets of the audio recordings that were saved by V. Stiviano were played in court on Wednesday as the attorney of Donald Sterling’s wife explained why Stiviano should be obligated with returning more than $3,000,000 Mr. Sterling had given to her. The amount of money was given in the forms of a Ferrario, designer clothes, jewelry and a duplex.

V. Stiviano had deceived and manipulated the former Clippers owner to give her community property that had initially belonged to Sterling’s wife, Shelly. According to STX Entertainment, the two were married for 60 years, lawyer Pierce O’Donnell had said in L.A. Superior court to emphasize the importance of returning the gifts.
The trial at court brought V. Stiviano, Donald Sterling and Shelly Sterling together after a year of the recording being released. V. Stiviano has been stated as saying that she does not want anything taken away from her. At times, Mr. Sterling seemed confused about being accused of having an affair as he denied the allegations. He has described V. Stiviano as simply being an ex-friend.
