Bob Reina’s Mantra
Bob Reina’s Mantra is “I will”. He feels these two words are so powerful once you understand what they mean and put them into action. Bob Reina wakes up each morning and says those two words to himself. Reina never looks back, for him, life is about moving forward and bringing others forward with him. He learned from building his team at Talk Fusion that everyone has strengths and can use help from others. This to him defines a team, a group of people that come together to accomplish something bigger than themselves. This mantra has not only helped create a global business allowing people to talk to and see others worldwide, it’s also helping local communities. Reina believes in giving back and he’s proud to use himself as an example to inspire others.
How Bob Reina Sees Giving Back
Bob Reina has two visions when it comes to giving back. From one angle he sees giving anonymously as a commendable dignity, but then, on the other hand, he feels that using your own public platform to give can be very influential to others. He is more inclined to be open and public about his philanthropic efforts. He believes that if he goes around himself and sees what he’s supporting he can learn more awareness in life. He feels that if he uses his platform to make the public donations he can spark interest in others and then his philanthropy is going even further. Reina feels that his actions are just about helping people in need and he’s blessed that he’s in a position to help. Charity differs from the bottom line constraints he faces in the boardroom because he can give them the help that’s needed right away and not put something off until the next quarter. Another thing Reina feels that reflects who he is in his work is self-improvement. By learning all that he can outside of the boardroom and experiencing life as it is, he can do new things and open up new ventures and see where his help is needed.
How Bob Reina Inspires Others
Bob Reina says good time management is the way to get more done in your day so you can get more out of life. Reina feels that his “can do” attitude is enough to get him through the day. He says there is nothing more important than your mindset when it comes to propelling you in the right direction. His end goal in all that he does is to make people live easier lives. Giving back is what ultimately drives the entire machine. Learn more: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/author/bobreinatalkfusion-704
