Troy McQuagge began his career in 1983 after graduation from the University of Central Florida. His recording setting work with United Insurance Companies, Inc., UGA (UICI) promoted him to president in 1997. After UICI reorganized to HealthMarkets, Troy McQuagge son took over the self employed insurance group and led all the marketing and sales for this division. A task that led to his promotion to President of this group in 2007, creating annual sales volumes of over $1 billion and being recognized by Selling Power Magazine and the Stevie Awards as Insurance Sales Organization of the Year.

The Inspiring Career of Lori A. Senecal

Lori Senecal currently works for the Crispin Porter & Bogusky, LLC as the global chief executive officer. She was appointed to the role on March 9, 2015, and has been assisting the company to gain universal vigor. Senacal intends to harmonize all units of the CP&B to ensure that it grows internationally. Her position makes her work closely with Chuck Porter, who is the chairperson of the enterprise. Before being the Global CEO of the CP&B, she worked as the CEO of the MDC Partner Network and also the MDC Partner Network at MDC Partners’ president. Lori led the McCann Worldgroup in developing new approaches and practices. She held top positions in the company, and they included global director of content integration and the chief innovation officer. In 2003, Senecal established a firm that majored in the young-adult marketing, and it was known as TAG Ideation. She is highly skilled international accounts and data analytics. Lori has been a global accounts director for companies such as Weight Watcher’s, Staples, Coca-Cola, Spint, Applebees, InBev, Nestle, Xbox, Nabisco, and Molson. The McCann Ericson appointed her in 2008 to serve as the president of the New York office. As from October 2005, she worked for the DDB Worldwide Communications Group Inc. as its chief marketing officer. Her responsibilities included heading the sales and marketing division of the firm. She also served another branch of the McCann Erickson Worldwide, which is known as TAG. The unit focused on youth marketing, and she was its co-managing director. Lori was also appointed as the McCann New York’s account administration director and the executive deputy president.

Senecal served the Advertising Council as its director as from April 17, 2015. The MDC Partners Inc. also made her its director, and she held the position from September 1, 2014, to July 1, 2015. in a report by, the industry has acknowledged her multiple times for her excellent career performance. Honors that she has won include the Quantum Leap Award for governance and creativity, which was offered by the AWNY Game Changer Awards. She has been the head of the Isaac Award’s jury for the past two years.
